La barre dans le dos je connais. Manque de tonicité au niveau du dos. Il faut tonifier sa ceinture abdominale. Quelques exercices par jours ça aide, je revis. Oui, la nourriture est importante mais suivant notre métier et notre âge il faut se bouger différemment 😊
