Pineapple π Crush Dessert Recipe π¨ – A South African Summer Fave
The first time I saw my sister-in-law making this recipe, I was quite amused by what she was doing, adding and mixing ingredients in a bowl that seemed like they didnβt belong together. Anyway, she told me to just wait and see. She learned this from her sister-in-law, and when I tasted it, I was blown away.
After sharing it online for the first time last year, I discovered that this is a recipe that has been made over and over again in many homes for decades. Some use the exact same ingredients, while others tweak it. Some add a layer of Tennis biscuits, and others donβt. However you make it, Iβm sure itβs amazing and refreshing.
In our family, we use the ingredients below. This recipe easily feeds about 10 adults and is so refreshing. If youβve never tried it, definitely give it a go!
