This week I’m making a slightly sweet smoothie with main ingredients the pineapple, spinach and kiwi. It’s packed with vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron, and calcium. An anti-inflammatory and detoxifying smoothie that will give you a fantastic iron boost.

– 1 cup pineapple cut in chunks
– 2 kiwis cut in slices
– 1 cup spinach roughly chopped
– 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
– 2 sprigs of mint
– 1/4 cup of water
