Unique recepe. Converting Pineapple to a puree with Custard powder, cooking with sweetners to a thick consistency and pouring over milk soaked layers of biscuits sprinkled with dried nuts and topping with whipping cream and garnishing with chunks of pineapple and sprinkled with pistachio flakes is just a great idea.
I know that my comments are late but I happened to come across this recepe a couple of days ago when searching for pineapple dessert recepe.
I prepared this dish yesterday ie 23/11/2022 and followed your easy to understand demo. Avoiding sugar I supplemented with Honey. We at home thoroughly enjoyed this dish heartily. Tasted nice and soft with the pineapple chunks crunching in between and the cream just rolling in with the taste buds. Fantastic feeling
