PINEAPPLE RECIPES || SEAFOOD PINEAPPLE SALAD AND PINEAPPLE LASSI
I accepted a challenge, that is to make a pineapple recipe using the pineapple skin as the serving bowl. In this video, I will show you how I make my version of seafood salad with a twist; fried squid and shrimp with fresh pineapple chunks tossed in thousand island dressing, thus, the recipe’s name, Pineapple Seafood Salad. And as a bonus, I also made a pineapple lassi with only two ingredients – fresh pineapple and frozen yogurts.
