  1. That is disappointing, but ultimately not that surprising that the disposable bags were favored. Was there a runner up by chance? Aside from the color/odor, what were the issues with the reusables? My gut instinct says the silicone bag would be harder to control, but that's not necessarily true.
    I'm also curious if/how the bag's angle/opening of width affects things.

  2. I bought my set in a local restaurant supply store, complete with coupler. I also got far more tips than I ever use, but they are in a nice handy plastic holder. Now if I can just figure out how to use them….need to make more cakes, I guess. (My wife is reading this, and she heartily concurs…)
