  1. Costco and Sam's Club are so jealous right now! I love using my Weber Kettle rotisserie. If there is one application those wireless meat probes were made for, it's rotisserie cooking.

  2. Love it..However I have had 3 pit boss pellet grill/smokers and all were junk. Kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. I really love the kettle idea. Now I know the Pit Boss is entry level, but would you prefer the Recteq B380 Bullseye over the Pit Boss? Its only $100 more so I think im leaning more to the Recteq..What do you think?

  3. Tom, really enjoying your extended tests of the Phoenix! Very appealing grill to me. Any chance you could do a basic “weeknight” high heat grill test like burgers to see if it can become a “daily driver” grill?
