Hi everyone! This is one of my new favourite recipes! I made these pizza pinwheels to have for my lunch over the next two days. Perfect if you are bored of sandwiches or just want a little bit of pizza.
Ingredients
250g bread dough
15 tomato purée
40g cheese
Method
1. Roll out bread dough into rectangular shape
2. Add tomato purée and cheese
3. Roll bread dough into a sausage shape and cut in half
4. ( optional) let the dough rise for 30 minutes
5. Bake at 220 Celsius for 30minutes
