Breading bread is crazy
It looks stylish, but you can basically just put the chicken filing between two bread slices and press them together with a form to get a pocket.
Without drenching your bread in oil, and spending a lot of extra time on preparations.
I like how the bread you cut out and dipped in egg turned into a different kind of bread entirely in the pan of oil.
