This recipe draws inspiration from the flavors of the Middle East, which we love to apply to lamb. We achieved deeper flavor by seasoning individual lamb chops rather than a whole rack.

Where’s the recipe please
Where do you get pomegranate seeds? They aren’t in season until November.
I’m not a huge fan of lamb, but darn this looks amazing. I may have to re-visit them.
Weird timing on this recipe, considering you can't get pomegranates this time of year.
8:05: Julia, totally not putting that trick thermometer to use. 😆
Why yes! This recipe segment did end rather abruptly. The final 60 seconds:
Bridget: And there's just a little bit of that fat on the edge of the lamb chops that crisped on the grill.
Julia: Mm-hmm.
B: Mmm. Gorgeous.
J: And, you know, you can't really pick out any one flavor in that spice rub. Together, it really just marries well.
B: That's — That's exactly right. Because allspice, fennel, very distinct flavors.
J: Mm-hmm.
B: It just tastes really warm.
J: Ohhh…
B: That's what it tastes like. And then the pomegranate molasses right at the end.
J: Yeah. Mmm.
B: Yeah. No, that's just the whipped cream on top.
J: And the little pops of pomegranate seeds?
B: Mm-hmm!
J: I love that.
B: And it was so fast!
J: And so easy.
B: You're a winner! [points at lamb chops] That's a winner. Thanks, Julia.
B: Well, if you want to up your grilling game at home, why not try these lamb chops? And it starts by cutting your own chops from a rack of lamb.
B: Grill them quickly, and then finish with pomegranate molasses and a fresh herb relish.
B: So from "Cook's Country," the easy, elegant, pomegranate glazed grilled lamb chops.
B: [sees Julia pick up chop with her fingers} Oh, yeah. Yeah. What am I doing here?
B: {picks up lamb chop] 'm going to go for the big ol' one. There we go.
(Thanks, PBS)
Great timing. I just bought some lamb chops from Costco and had no idea what to do with them. I will be saving this video 😊
I’ve saved this one. Great cook
Love you both!

Bridget and Julia, you have no idea how pleased I am watching you cooking together.
Two of my favorite people in the world Julia and Bridget.
I've yet to see a "LAMB" section in a supermarket.
The sauce looks Christmassy
