Ingredients
1 cup pomegranate arils
1 cup peeled, cubed, and frozen pineapple
1 peeled, sliced, and frozen large banana
5-6 frozen strawberries
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ cup coconut water
Instructions
Place pomegranate seeds in the jar of a powerful blender and blend for 30-40 seconds until mostly liquified.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into serving glasses and serve immediately.
