After seeing your recipe, I feel like eating food. Don't forget to put on the khal!
Didn't know YouTube had angels until i found you!
The mandoline is the most frightening manual kitchen device ever created…but these potatoes look fantastic!
MMMMMMMMMMMM OISHII
I made the minis and they were a hit. It did fill tedious, but nice for a special dinner. This looks a lot easier for weeknight dinner.
I lust for this majestic potato with Provencal milk lamb cutlets and a caviar of courgette, onion, aubergine and peppers or a veal chop with sage, or a filet mignon of Charolais beef. Bravo Madame!
love that julia childs quote HAHAHHA
We made stuff like this in culinary school but if you make it smaller you can toss it in the pan and get both sides golden brown.
Looks so hard ๐ข
I also hate the mandolin. Ugh. And am going to try this. Wow.
Trying to lose 5kg
I tried the mini ones. Stuck to the cupcake thingy like cement despite greasing everything, lots of butter, not too high heat, not too long in the oven. I don't know where I went wrong, but I will try my chances with this version next. Good luck to me!
What I should do it if I could buy fry oil..
I noticed that butter when heated seem become oil..
I made the mini potato stacks. It wasnโt too much work at all. This is going to be a lot of work lol!
This is even more work lol
Love that flipping prep. Haha. Food lookes great, too.

I need more inspired cooks in my life because I'm missing out!
That would be fun to make and impress friends at a dinner.
