Pork Afritada – Flavorful Filipino Dish

INGREDIENTS:
2-3 vegetable oil
1 medium carrot, sliced into chunks
2 medium potatoes, sliced into chunks
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/2 cup of green peas
1 red bell pepper, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 green bell pepper, cut into bite-sized cubes
4 pieces of sausage, sliced diagonally
1 kilo of pork kasim, sliced into bite-sized pieces
1 medium onion, sliced
6 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 piece of chicken cube
1 cup of tomato sauce
2-3 pieces of bay leaf
1/2 tbsp of brown sugar
1 cup of water

  14. Ganito lang pala ka simple ang pahkuto ng afritada sis? Ang dali lang pala, di ko kasi alam paa o lutuin ang afritada pati menudo. Hindi ko rin alam ano ang kaibahan ng dalawa kasi mukhang pareho lang naman. Salamat sis Anne. Now i know na how to cook pork afritada
