Pork and Beans



I used to eat canned Pork and Beans. This is the first time I make it from scratch and it just tastes much better.

Ingredients:
1 lb pork (cut into cubes)
1 can pinto beans
2 tbsps cooking oil
3-5 garlic cloves (minced)
1 onion (diced)
1 can tomato sauce
Salt, pepper, and brown sugar (to taste)

Instructions:
1. Saute garlic and onion in a pan.
2. Add pork and cook until the color changes to light brown.
3. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Stir and let simmer for a while.
4. Add pinto beans. Stir and let simmer for a while.
5. Turn off heat. Serve.
