Picadillo is a traditional dish in many Latin American countries and of course our home country The Philippines. It is made with ground meat (most commonly beef) but I am adding some ground pork in this recipe. It is a classic and a very practical dish because it is very easy to customize based on our taste and available ingredients at home.
Ingredients:
600g ground beef
200g ground pork
medium white onion
6 garlic cloves
bell pepper
carrots
potatoes
green peas
tomatoes
soy sauce (Kikkoman and Maggi)
Worcestershire sauce
Fish sauce
salt
pepper
