We never tried pork shoulder with chickpeas and kale before. We don’t bother with traditional cooking and always try to cook with what we got at home. It was fantastic and my kids loved the dish and wanted to cook it again!

Ingredients for marinating pork
1 Tbsp salt or salt to taste
1/2 Tbsp roasted curry powder
1/2 Tbsp ground pepper
1 Tsp turmeric powder
1 Tbsp cornflour
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Ingredients for the main dish
1Kg pork should (marinated with the above ingredients)
2 Tbsp oil
4 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 onionn (chopped)
1” cinnamon
3 green chillies (split)
1 Tbsp chilli powder
1 Tsp crushed or ground pepper
2 whole tomatoes (diced)
1 cup of chickpea (canned or soaked in water and boild)
A few tender kale leaves
