Ingredients:
500g pork shoulder
1 cup lime soda
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup oyster sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
2 thai chili
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
5 calamansi
1/4 cup ketchup
