Hi~
Today I made pork belly cream pasta.
I tweaked usual bacon cream pasta recipe and I replaced bacon and parsley with pork belly and spring onion that is more familiar ingredients to most Koreans.
It tastes almost same except the spring onion gives freshness and balances out the slight greasiness from pork belly perfectly.

used a cream of celery instead and it was great
Some added tomato would also be good. This kind of sauce also works well with ravioli instead of marinara sauce.
Just tried it today. I added a bit of garlic salt and black pepper at the end. Pretty good recipe. π
