Full Recipe & Ingredients:
1lk (2.2lbs) of skinless pork belly
Dry Rub:
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Wrapping Sauce:
75g unsalted butter
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Glaze:
½ cup Stubbs BBQ sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp maple syrup
50g unsalted butter
