  1. Recipe:
    -Slice a boneless pork butt into chunks.
    -If you like to use a binder, cover with avocado oil, then rub it with a Mexican style bbq rub.
    -Smoke it indirect at 300F until reaching 170F internal or until the bark looks good.
    -Transfer the meat chunks to a foil tray for braising and add in 3 large oranges squeezed, 2 Mexican coca-colas, and 4 bay leaves.
    -Cover it up with foil and place it back on smoker until reaching 207F.
    -Rest while still covered for 30 minutes, then break the meat apart and enjoy.

  2. I've been on a taco binge for about a month. I always make a pico de gallo with fire roasted tomatoes (drained), big red onion,can whole corn, 2 bunches of cilantros chopped., fresh lime and diced pickled jalapenos with plenty of cumin and chili powder. Don't forget 2-3 avocados.
    I like white corn tortillas or hard corn tacoes. Your pork looks perfect.🔥🤩👍
