I made this for today’s dinner and it was absolutely delicious! I didn’t have pork broth so I used chicken broth. I also didn’t have green onions, so I chopped up a slice of yellow and red peppers. I also used half cup more broth than your recipe because the chops I used were much thicker than the ones you used in your recipe and I baked it longer than 1 1/2 hours. This definitely will be a monthly dish. Thanks for sharing!!!

Followed this recipe to a T, except for substituting chicken stock for pork stock. And I think your recipe is a little off. My rice was not fully cooked. There wasn't any liquid left either. Which is why I think I would up the stock by a half cup.

HI. I MADE THIS. IT WAS REALLY GOOD. I COULD NOT FIND CREAM OF ONION SOUP SO I USED FRENCH ONION SOUP. I ALSO USED BROWN RICE BY USING THE FRENCH ONION I ADDED VEGETABLE BROTH. I ONLY ADDED 1 CUP BECAUSE IT LOOKS REALLY RUNNY. I BELIEVE I COULD HAVE USED THE FULL AMOUNT OF BROTH. I WILL BE MAKING THIS AGAIN AND WILL BE DOING SOME MORE OF YOUR RECIPES. ALL HELL TO THE CHEF . I FORGOT YOU JUST COOK A LOT.THANK YOU.

I finally found my pork stock! Made this delicious dinner for my family. It was a huge hit!! They were augring over the last bit of rice! Lol. The pork stock really gave it that POW💥💥
