Pork Chops Ingredients:
oil
3 pork chops
a handful of coriander leaves
8-9 garlic cloves
3 red chillies
5 green chillies
2 inches of ginger
1 medium-size chopped onion
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 ½ tsp peppercorns
2 tbsp of water
2 tbsp of vinegar
salt to taste
Method:
In a pan heat some oil and place the pork chops and let it cook on low a flame.
Grind together a handful of coriander leaves, garlic pods, red chillies, green chillies, ginger, chopped onions, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, peppercorns and little water.
Once the pork is about 90% cooked on both sides remove it from the pan and keep it aside.
In the same pan add onions and let them turn golden brown in colour. To this, add the masala and cook well. Add white vinegar and the pork chops and add some salt to taste.
Roast the pork chops in the masala till they turn crispy on both sides.
Indian Style Pork chops are ready to be served!

In Jammu and Kashmir, We do eat pork.. But we add Tamarind water instead of Vinegar. Use wild Boar it has unique flavour.
