Pork chop with Cola, using my husband’s recipe! It melts in your mouth
Ingredients:
pork chop – 1.5 kg (3.31 lb)
oil – 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
potatoes – 1 kg (2.2 lb)
garlic – 1 piece
rosemary – 15 g (½ oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 4 g (0.14 oz)
for the sauce:
ketchup – 40 g (1.4 oz)
Coca Cola – 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
black pepper – 8 g (0.29 oz)
Tray size 22 X 22 cm (8.66 x 8.66 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/60 minutes
