Get real. Whomever said that you did NOT real GRAVY, must be a 2000s baby. Flour, pan drippings, oil, broth or water – mix in a pan on low heat, let it thicken, and you can eat the gravy standalone REALLY.

Everyone talks about adding chicken broth to make gravy. How I saw mom make it was with tap water. Made ckn, liver, center cut pork chops! Poured it over everything, especially with liver and mashed potatoes 🥔!!!! Would slop that up in the skillet with bread/cornbread!!!! Mannnnn,❤️🔥❣️🖤👍🏿🫶🏿🙏🏿💪🏿🤩😆
