  1. I cook these regularly. I drench in lemon juice, then salt, pepper, garlic powder both sides, add chopped onion. Pour about half inch deep chicken bone broth in pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350° 45- 60 minutes. Delicious. I often pull it apart like pulled pork, cause it's fall apart tender and add barbecue sauce to make barbecue pulled pork sandwiches. My roommate devours them. She really doesn't leave much for me. lol

  2. On sale??? Wow!!! I just bought a pack of 5 for $11 dollars! I did a green chili base with chicken broth, and garlic and onion powder salt and pepper, 300 for 5 hours. Good lord slap yer grandma those were good!!! Put a half a stick of butter in there also. 🤤🤤🤤🤤

  3. Yes I like the second one. I'm cooking it now. Bc my husband don't eat oxtail but he love ribs. Saturday dinner going into Sunday dinner. Enough for two days along with Collads greens mac& Cheese and white rice.Thx you for the recipe

  4. Country Style Ribs in Oven Recipe:
    Batch one:
    – 4-5 country style ribs
    – 1.5 c apple butter
    – 1/2 c apple cider
    – 1 onion chopped
    – 1 small head of garlic
    – salt & pepper
    Batch two:
    – bbq sauce
    – yellow mustard
    – salt and pepper
