We are back with a new recipe of Pork Curry . Pork recipe is made in different ways in different parts of Nepal. Today we are making a simple pork curry recipe with a nice and rich gravy. In this video we have used the boneless pork meat with the skin and fat. This recipe is easy to make and delicious to eat. First of all the meat is fried on the high flame and then we add all the spices, onions, tomatoes and garlic & ginger paste. This pork recipe can be served dry or we can add some water and make gravy.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
850 gm boneless pork meat
1½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp turmeric powder
1½ tbsp garlic & ginger
1½ tbsp cooking oil
2 medium onions
2 medium tomatoes
3 green chilies
2 pcs spring onion
2 tbsp fresh coriander
2 bay leaves
5-6 cloves and black pepper
1 stick cinnamon
1 tsp whole cumin
3 red chili
3-4 cardamom
1 star anis
