Ingredients:

1 Chopped Onion
Pork Belly – 730g (Chopped into bite sized pcs)
3/4 teaspoon – Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon – Red chili powder
3/4 teaspoon – Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon – Meat masala or Curry Powder
3/4 teaspoon – Ginger powder
2 Tablespoons – Cooking oil
1 teaspoon – Tomato paste
1/2 cup – Chopped can tomato
1/4 teaspoon – Mustard Seeds
1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Cooking tips:
*don’t over fry the pork belly at the beginning for too long or else your pork belly will burn. Just fry for 8 -10 mins over high heat or until its golden clr.
*add some water if your curry is too dry.
*If needed remove the extra pork fat from the pan.
*After 8-10 mins when the pork belly is golden clr turn the heat to low – medium heat. By doing this your dry ingredients won’t burn and will taste tasty.
