Ingredients & Costing:

1kl. Pork Giniling – 180 pesos
2 eggs – 13 pesos
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk – 6.5 pesos
1/2 Bread Crumbs – 4 pesos
1/4 tsp pepper or white pepper – 10 centavos
1/4 tsp salt – 10 centavos
1/2 cup cheese – 12 pesos
2 tbsp oyster sauce – 2pesos
2 tbsp Cornstarch – 1.3 pesos
1/8 cup Ketchup – 5 pesos
3 medium size carrots – 27 pesos
1 whole onion – 3pesos
5 cloves Garlic – 3 pesos
1 small bell pepper – 9 pesos
1/2 cup Raisins – 29pesos
2 tbsp pickles – 21 pesos
1 tbsp sugar – 75 centavos

For Assembly:
1/2 kilo or 14pcs hotdog – 96 pesos
4 boiled egg, – 26 pesos
Cheese – 36 pesos (remaining from grated cheese(

Foil – 20 pesos

👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Ihanda ang mga ingredients:
I-chop ang mga gulay (bell pepper, carrots, sibuyas), at i-drain ang ginamit na hotdog at cheese.
Grate or mince ang ibang sahog gaya ng cheese at carrots.

2. Gumawa ng embutido mixture:
Sa malaking mixing bowl, ihalo ang ground pork, minced onion, grated carrots, bell pepper, raisins, cheese, and hotdog.
Ihalo rin ang breadcrumbs, eggs, seasoning granules, salt and pepper.
Gamitin ang gloves para sa mas madaling paghalo.

3. I-assemble ang embutido rolls:
Ihanda ang foil sheets o embutido wrapper.
Ipatong ang mixture sa foil at i-shape into log (around 6–8 inches long).
Siguraduhing mahigpit ang pagkakabalot para hindi pumasok ang tubig.
I-roll ang foil tightly at i-twist ang both ends like candy.

4. Steam the embutido:
Ilagay sa steamer in batches.
Steam for 45–60 minutes over medium heat hanggang maluto sa loob.
Optional: flip halfway through for even cooking.

5. Palamigin:
After steaming, hayaan munang lumamig sa counter.
Pwede rin i-ref agad after cooling for better texture.

6. Slice and pack or store:
Once chilled, puwedeng i-slice for serving or iwan whole for packaging.
Pwede na rin i-freeze for longer shelf life.

7. Optional – fry before serving:
Pwede i-prito ang sliced embutido for crispy edges before serving to customers.
