Pork Giniling recipe August 2025 – Ground Pork stew

Pork Giniling is a Filipino ground pork stew cooked with tomato 🍅 🍅, tomato paste, potatoes, carrots, bell pepper 🫑 , and spices. The pork is first sautéed with garlic and onions, then simmered until tender, creating a hearty and flavorful dish that’s perfect with steamed rice.
I add a little bit sugar and i marinate the ground pork with soy sauce, salt pepper, garlic powder.
Just my own version of ground pork stew. 🥘
