PORK HAMONADO full recipe video
1 1/2 kilo Pork loin/ fillet
2 cups pineapple juice (unsweetened)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon sea salt
2 tablespoons fish sauce (patis)
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter (add at the end, optional)
12 pcs hardboiled eggs
2 cups pineapple chunks
2 cups vienna sausage or hotdogs

I love you the way you deliver your videos. You aim to be educational with some health conscious tips in mind. Clearly you aim to teach people and understand cooking in little ways. I easily get annoyed with other videos whose aim is to become a celebrity and too much effort to show Instagram perfect life at puro pa gwapo. Too much pretense and ego overshadow their passion for cooking – and my is lost interest in their show! Stay real and relatable to us my friend. Susbukan ko to cheff.ang minana ko kaseng luto ng hamonado sa pinakamatanda kong kaibigan 30 years ko ng namana.and she is 88 years old na now.is masarap na ang most requested sakin kapag me handaan.is nakaroll may salted egg sa loob.same din ang ingredients minus the fruit and sausage.this one di na ko mahihirapan maghanap ng marunong mag sluce ng pork..only in malabon lng kase easy mamili kapag sinabi mong oang pork hamonado.pak! Gagawin ma ung slice 3pcs sa isang kilo.kung nsa ibang lugar ako di alam ng ibang nagtitinda ng pork un.kaya ako gagawa.kaya thanks chef gaya now dito na ako sa samar..
