Local Pork: 2 kilograms
(wash & blanch pork for 5 minutes before cooking)
King chilli: 3 nos. (dry)
Ginger: 1 inches (slice into 4-5 pieces)
Gloves of garlic: 11 nos.
Tomato: 3 nos.
Salt: as per taste
Red chilli powder: 1 tablespoon
Sichuan pepper: 1 tablespoon
Water: as per requirement
