How to Make Pork Kimchi Soy Milk Soup
(serves 2) Cook Time: 20 minutes
150g Thin Pork Slices, ex. pork belly or pork thigh (5.3 oz)
1 clove Grated Garlic
1 tsp Sake
150g Kimchi (5.3 oz)
80g Onion (2.8 oz)
100g Broccoli (3.5 oz)
50g Shimeji Mushrooms (1.8 oz)
50g Enoki Mushrooms (1.8 oz)
100g Potato, diced into 1~1.5 cm (0.4″~0.6″) pieces (3.5 oz)
500ml Soy Milk, plain (2.11 cups)
10 Niboshi, dried baby sardines
300ml Hot Water (1.27 cups)
2/3 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Spring Onion Leaves, chopped
