BLACK PEPPER 1 TSP
ONION RINGS (1 MEDIUM)
LEMON JUICE 1/8 CUP
SOY SAUCE 1/4 CUP
GARLIC 4 CLOVES
FRY THE LIVER WITH PEPPER IN HOT FOR 2 MINS PER SIDE AND SET ASIDE.
IN THE SAME OIL ADD GARLIC ONIONS FOR 2 MINS AND SET ASIDE.
WITH NEW OIL ADD MORE GARLIC ADD THE COOKED LIVER SOY SAUCE LEMON JUICE AND BLACK PEPPER ADD A LITTLE WATER COVER AND COOK FOR 8 MINS.
FINALLY, ADD THE COOKED ONION RINGS AND WE ARE DONE, ENJOY.

It says 2 min per side but you didn’t put it no longer than a minute all side combine.
Omg I just cnt imagine the taste of bitter garlic in my mouth…sorry I don't think I could eat this to improve my iron deficiency I think il stick to mussels and sardines.
