Pork Liver Stir Fry | How to Cook Asian Pork Liver Easily | Pork Liver with Scallion Recipe



Here is a quick look at how to make this tasty recipe:
Ingredients:
500g, Pig liver
4 cloves, Garlic
1/2 Onion
200g, Green Onions
Cooking Oil
1 tbsp, Palm Sugar
1 tbsp, Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp, Fish Sauce
1/4 tsp, Salt
Pepper Powder, to taste.

Method:
1. Cut the liver into medium slices.
2. Blanch the pig liver into the boiling water for about 1 minutes, then scoop off the liver.
3. Add the chopped garlic and fry until fragrant, about 15 seconds.
4. Add the liver and fry until completely cooked, 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Add the palm sugar and stir the sugar until melted, a few seconds.
6. Season with oyster sauce, fish sauce, salt and peppers. Stir fry to combine well.
7. Add the onion and fry until soft, about 30 seconds.
8. Add the green onion and fry until soft, about 30 seconds.
