These look delicious 😋. Did you and your wife own a restaurant? I wish you would do a cookbook. So much of what you cook looks fabulous that I would love the recipes. I say Chinese food because the resturants I grew up eating at were owned by Chinese families. Chinese food has always been a go out to eat treat. Before the pandemic I was determined to learn. Thank gosh I did. I am much better than I was but watching Gambo makes me think I could do more!
