This flavorful Filipino Noodle Soup recipe is one of the most popular soup recipes in the Philippines. It’s my kind of comfort food that always hit the spot. My take on Pork Lomi dish is loaded with tasty yet simple ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Pork Belly, cut into bite-sized pieces
Half of medium Red onion
1/3 C Celery, about 2-3 stalks
5 cloves Garlic
4 Spring Onion
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp Calamansi juice or you can use Lemon juice
2 C Cabbage
1 C Carrots
2 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce, light or less sodium
5 C Water
2 Eggs, season with salt & pepper

For the slurry: 1 tbsp Cornstarch and 1 tbsp Water

For Toppings: Boiled Quil Eggs, Spring Onion, Calamansi, fried garlic.

***NOTE***

COOKING is all about your taste. Adjust accordingly.
