Quick and Easy Pork Quesadilla made from left over pork from lunch.

Ingredients:
Pork, lightly seasoned (left overs)
Serrano Pepper
Cheddar Cheese
Tortillas
Mayo
Garlic Powder
Hot Sauce
salt

Warm up your your pork if using left overs or quickly fry pork if making fresh. Remove from heat and set aside. Pork should be cut or diced into small pieces.

Meanwhile, prep everything else,
Dice your serrano pepper
make your sauce by mixing Mayo, garlic powder, salt, and hot sauce. ( ) measurements for sauce

Once your pork is warm, pull out and set aside.
Your pan should now be preheated over medium heat.
Melt half a tbsp of butter in pan and place tortilla in pan

Add cheese, sauce, peppers, pork and more cheese. Top with second tortilla.
Flip after 2.5 mins and cook other side 2.5 min.

Pull out and cut into triangles to serve.
