– 2 cloves garlic
Seasoning:
– 100 ml soy sauce (light soy sauce)
– 4 tablespoons sugar
– 2 tablespoons sake (Japanese or Korean rice wine)
– 2 tablespoons mirin (Japanese or Korean sweet wine)
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– A pinch of ground black pepper
