Pork Shoulder Butt on the Weber Kettle~Pulled Pork~Slow 'N Sear

In this video, I cook a pork shoulder butt on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill using the Slow ‘N Sear accessory. After the pork butt was on the grill for 4 hours, I wrapped it in foil, and finished cooking it in a 300 degree F oven until the internal temperature reached 200 degrees F. Total cooking time was about 8 1/2 hours.
Check out seasonings and accessories I used here.

  1. Thank you! Weber+Oven. This is exactly the scenario I was looking for! My Traeger's power supply died (thankfully before the cook started) so I needed to cook some already seasoned meat in the old Weber.
