  2. thanks for the recipe! kangkong is very expensive in france. i'm lucky if i can find it and even luckier if it's less than 7 euros per kilogram. I was initially going to try to use arugula instead of kangkong since i don't like bakchoy. glad that i can use regular spinach instead!
