PORK STEAK | BISTEK TAGALOG RECIPE | HOW TO COOK BISTEK TAGALOG | Pepperhona’s Kitchen



The classic Bistek Tagalog recipe uses beef but for my version of this recipe, I am going to use pork.
👉🏻Bistec- a Spanish loan word derived from the English words “beef steak “
👉🏻It is a type of Filipino beef Stew marinated in soy sauce and kalamansi juice.
