PORK STIR FRY WITH VEGETABLES l HOW TO COOK PORK STIR FRIED



Hi guys, this is my own version of pork stir fried with vegetables. A healthy, delicious and easy comfort food.

INGREDIENTS :
1/2 kilo pork shoulder, cube
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
2 stalk celery, sliced diagonally
3 pcs asparagus, sliced diagonally
2 cups broccoli
1 large carrot, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 large tomato, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 pc pork stock cube
3/4-1 cup water
2 tsp cornflour
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp oyster sauce
salt
ground black pepper
cooking oil
