2-3 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
2 pcs. red dried chili
1 medium onion chopped
1/3 cup water
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. dark soy sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt to taste
1 pc. red 1 pc. greed bell peppers sliced
