Pork with Kalabasa at Sitaw Recipe



Kalabasa at sitaw recipe | Pork Squash recipe

Ingredients:
500 grams kalabasa or squash (cut into pieces)
1 bunch sitaw or string beans (cut into 2 inch length)
250 grams pork belly (cut into pieces)
1 piece onion (peeled and sliced)
3 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
1 ripe tomato (sliced)
1 tablespoon salt , adjust accordingly
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 pinch ground black pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Β½ – 2 cup water
