Ingredients :

300 gms Pork (boneless, rib portion) cut into chunks with medium fat.
1 large size (200 gms) Sweet Potatoes
½ tsp Fennel Seeds (saunf)
½ tsp Peppercorns (kalimirch)
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 no. Star Anise (chakra phool)
1 no. Cinnamon Stick (dalchini)
2 medium size (160 gms) Onions – sliced
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
3 tsp heaped Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 medium size (140 gms) Tomatoes (chopped)
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
150 ml Water (add little more water if you want more gravy)
2 nos. Green Chillies (slightly punctured)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
A handful Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
