Bo-ssam is a traditional Korean recipe that’s a pouch full of delicious stuff! It’s super-tender flavorful pork, hot red spicy oyster radish, and subtly flavored fermented shrimp wrapped in a crispy pickled cabbage leaf.

I get a bit worried about the oysters. Need to check my Korean supermarket if they have those in the freezer. What if I can't find any? Any possible alternatives? And do you really just thaw and eat them like that?
I watch korean mukbangs and most of them also Boil their pork belly with instant coffee.

If you don't have instant coffee, you can add apples instead. When cooking in Korea, it is said that pears go well with beef and apples go well with pork. For nutritional reasons and some reasons, we use apples and pears like that when cooking. Keep in mind that instant coffee is definitely effective in removing smell of meat!
