Potato Bread Rolls Recipe by Food Fusion



A new and improved Potato Bread Rolls recipe for that perfect snack loved by kids and adults. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion

Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 2 medium
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed ½ tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste ½ tbs
-Cheese grated ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Bread slices 8 or as required
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¾ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Water 1 Cup
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-On a bowl,place sieve & mash boiled potatoes with the help of sieve.
-Add red chilli powder,coriander seeds,cumin powder,chaat masala,salt,green chilli paste,cheese, fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.
-Trim bread slice edges & flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
-Add & spread prepared potato mixture & roll out.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,egg,water & whisk well.
-Dip prepared bread rolls in flour batter & coat with breadcrumbs.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden (makes 8).
-Serve with tomato ketchup!
