▫️ 3 Potatoes
▫️ 1 Onion
▫️ 3 Garlic Cloves
▫️ 1 cup / 240 ml Heavy Cream or Milk
▫️ 1 tsp Thyme
▫️ 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
▫️ 8 Mushrooms
▫️ 2 Handfuls Spinach (optional)
▫️ Mozzarella Cheese
▫️ Salt
▫️ Black Pepper
▫️ Oil (for frying)
