Dough Ingredients:
Luke warm milk: 250ml
Sugar:2 tbsp
Egg: 1
Instant yeast: 7g
All-purpose flour: 500g
Salt: 1tsp
Vegetable oil: 55ml
Dough method :
Filling:
Boiled potatoes: 2
Onion : 1
Green chillies: 2-3
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Egg wash
Egg yolk + milk
Nigella seeds (black seeds)
Bake at 180’C for 20_25 mins
