🌮 Big Mac Smash Tacos 🌮

Ingredients:
• 🌾 3 taco tortillas
• 🥩 150g lean minced beef
• 🧀 3 slices low-fat cheddar cheese
• 🧅 Chopped red onion
• 🥬 Iceberg lettuce
• 🥒 Pickle slices

Big Mac Sauce:
• 🥄 30g low-fat mayo
• 🍅 20g sugar-free ketchup
• 🌭 10g mustard
• 🥒 1 tbsp chopped pickles

Instructions:
– Divide the minced beef into 3 portions and press each onto a tortilla.
– Cook tortilla-side up on a hot pan until the beef is browned, then flip and crisp up the tortilla.
– Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
– Remove from heat and top with chopped red onion, iceberg lettuce, and pickle slices.
– Mix all the Big Mac sauce ingredients and drizzle over the tacos.
